Description of Abrams Battle Tank
One of the first 3D tank simulator also remains to this day one of the finest. Designer Damon Slye created a game that offers both realism and great gameplay without sacrificing the fun factor. Control modern U.S. tank Abrams in various missions ranging from bombardment to escort. A great game that stands the test of time, and bodes well for Slye's later Aces series.

Played this in 1989 and became an actual US Army Tanker 10 years later. Great game, great memories. Not realistic but as an arcade version of our simulators its perfect. (Graphics are about the same as our sims back 20 years ago! lol) GARRYOWEN!

The controls suck using a keyboard. A joystick would maybe help.

i played this when i was like 11 and had the sega channel subscription. i remember i got stuck in the game because at the time i didnt know what a TOW was, the game said something like equip and use the tow, and i remember learning what equipment to take down the deadly helicopters
