I have figured out the issue with the game window closing immediately upon opening. Find the autorun file and right click and look at properties. Click compatibility and then under settings select "run in 640 x 480 screen resolution. That should fix the issues most are having.

For everyone that need help downloading: [this tutorial is for winrar bc thats what I have] You need to open your files and right click the file then press Extract files/ extract all/ extract here (it depends on what PC you have). The when it extracts a folder will appear. click it and click the file, and then click "autorun". The game will open then.
Its the same/similar process with every backyard game. Hope this helps !!

My game keeps crashing midgame using scum. Any fixes? Pete will foul a bunt or something and he just stands there scratching his head forever.

When i was younger I used to play this game with my grandmas best friends son. I spent so much time hanging out at this kids house just so i could play that game with him.
