There's a link for a Windows Installer that helps bypass the no MSCDEX error.
Game still buggy; crashes when I try to pick up the cue stick.

edit: I've solved the problem! Just install it with Dosbox and add freespace. The game is a little bit buggy and you are going to see frontal nudity.

Can't start it! :/
I only got the errormessage "no mscdex/CD-Rom installed".
Would be great, if someone upload an maximum installed version of Bazooka Sue...
