i ran into a similar issue as Chickie_bubble, the game ran like garbage on my laptop which can play old windows games(95-XP). its not very powerful, I can play games like Gurumin(a game made for windows XP)on my laptop without issue then why in the hell is Billy Hatcher running like complete ass?? I even ran it through compatibility mode(Windows XP service pack 2 and even the later service packs)to see if it would work properly, it didn't do anything to midigate issues. as for the "bunch of binary" chickie_bubble brought up? this is a common thing with sega pc games, lots of files are basically the internal organs of said games.......... which really says a lot about the Sega PC line(yeah its an official thing mostly in japan though, look it up)and having the games files not be in folders and just all over the place... hell! i even have puyo pop fever on pc(the actual pc port translated and provided by Hernan)and while it ran a little slugishly, it actually ran decently and could play properly! billy hatcher on the other hand? it can barely hold itself up and thats sad, i actually really like billy hatcher and wanted to play it natively on pc without the use of dolphin. unfortunately for me, this was nothing short of a rotten egg experience. if people KNOW why this is happening exactly, please post a comment here. I'm at my wits end.

This game i find odd, it comes with no description as to how to run it properly. I tried to mount the zipped file to my Virtual drive and got nothing. I also extracted the file and got nothing but hundreds of binary game files in the billy hatcher folder, I tried to laugh the game without there being any installation process or OPTION to do so and the game runs like complete garbage on my PC and my PC is way over spec for this game. Disappointed!!

Solid game for fans of the gamecube era. It's made by Sega though so expect the whacky issues similar to sonic games but if you're ok with that it revolves around the egg mechanics rolling the egg in to enemies throwing the eggs hatching the eggs.
It's eggs and a boy in a chicken suit.
[Pretty repetitive, plays as it looks]

7/10 Eggselent Adventure lol
