So I was able to edit the exe for the Windows XP patch so the game runs at a reasonable rate, there's keyboard support, and I was able to use my Xbox controller to avoid the awkward keyboard controls. And even with all of that I can confidently say without a doubt that the game is still crap! Ignoring the controls, Ignoring the discount Mortal Kombat look, the biggest problem with this game is that the game cheats! And that's not an exaggeration. If you do whatever you can to get a hit in first, the opponent will use their special move on you as soon as they can and will knock you out in one hit! I'm glad that I was able to find a way to run this on my modern PC, but it was soooooo not worth it!

so basically mortal kombat ripped this game adding new characters & backgrounds in 2011 when they released it.
