Here is the video game “Digital Devil Monogatari: Megami Tensei”! Released in 1987 on FM-7, it's still available and playable with some tinkering. It's an action and role-playing (rpg) game, set in a cyberpunk / dark sci-fi theme and it was released on PC-88 as well.

Worthwhile, fun and atypical action rpg from Telnet Japan.
Easy to follow as most text is in English, apart from the cut-scenes. Would like to see this game fully translated into English as it seems very bizarre.
