How to play Magna Carta: The Phantom of Avalanche Windows

On the English translated RIP, set compatibility to Windows XP on MagnaCarta.exe and open it. Notes:

You can't Alt+tab else you can't go back to the game. You will need to end the process.
If you get an error saying "Unknown Error - Pixel Format does not match.", open MCSetup.exe and change the Display Driver option from OpenGL to Direct3D. Make sure to click "Set Okay" to apply the change before clicking "Exit Setup"

x360 game is completely unrelated to this, it's a sequel, though i don't know if by more than a name

If anything there was a ps2 game called magna carta: tears of blood, it's a remake of this game, but as said it's a remake, kinda loose one, it's very diffrent from this

Also this game is criminally obscure, too bad since it's kinda cool
