Here is the video game “NingPo Mah Jong”! Released in 2002 on Windows, it's still available and playable with some tinkering. It's a puzzle game, set in a cards theme and it was released on Mac as well.

Didn't realise Popcap made a Mahjong Solitaire game! And it's surprisingly good! The game actually runs quite well on modern systems and it's a quality title with some authentic Chinese music playing. It offers some variations of titles to make it easier for you to identify.
Not a bad game to kill some time!
