On Windows 11 Home - Did not have to run any installation executable. Simply mounted the CD image and copied the "Game" folder to anywhere on computer. Then run "pinball.exe", select your settings, and hit Play. Game runs great. Don't need the CD image mounted to play, unless you just want to play it directly from the mount (it's an option too).
