Description of Premier Manager 2
In 1993, Gremlin Graphics Software Limited publishes Premier Manager 2 on DOS. Also published on Amiga and Atari ST, this strategy, simulation and sports game is abandonware and is set in a managerial and soccer / football (european) themes.

As of 05/2023 I don't get the "1 goal" problem.
But it does crash frequently during play either half time or at the end of a turn. Every 10-20 mins of real play. So save often.
Classic stuff though, great detail and play.

Left click on player to swap out and they will be highlighted. Then right click on player to swap them with and they will exchange places in the list. Works for me.
to speed match and symbol makes it more plain to see on the keyboard)

i cant highlight players to swap and change in team selection in premier manager 2 on amiga 1200. Someone posted the same theme but no answers. I cant carry on with game, someone please help or will need to throw out game. Thank you in anticipation of someone replying..Alex.

I'm playing through my browser, but I do not need to be able to work out how to move players/make substitutions, not can I speedy up the game viewing on match day.
Anyone have any advice?

Gareth I am finding exactly the same as you, scored 3 in a pre-season friendly and 3 in a league game at the start of the season, ever since then, about 14 games, I have scored 1 in every game. Crazy, ruins it for me.

Am I being stupid? How do you swap team around? I can't highlight a player, so I cant change them around/make subs. Please help otherwise I cant play.

I really enjoyed this game too (still have the original manual!) and it's good to be able to play it again.
I seem to be having an issue though which I think may be related to the dos emulation - whatever I do, my team never score more than 1 goal. Very often I score within the first 10 minutes of the game and then even if I have 30 chances after that they all miss. This happens consistently over lots and lots of games with no exceptions (though the opposition can score any number of goals!) I'm wondering if it is to do with random number generation in dosbox which I saw another post about.
Is anybody else having this issue?
Maybe I'll have a go at PM3 instead!
