For the version ImagiSofts site you can extract the red-r.exe with 7Zip for the files. Otherwise you need an OS that can run 16bit Windows apps.

I love this game, still play it a lot to see how much loot I can acquire at the end of the game! But after you've played it a few times you start to remember all the answers to the quiz questions.
