Description of Sargon V: World Class Chess

Sargon V is a solid chess game with outstanding training options and good presentation, offering both 2D and 3D boards.

Billed a chess game for expert, the game indeed plays a very good game of chess, with a world-class engine that is much stronger than the popular Chessmaster engine at that time. In addition to offering a wide variety of 2D and 3D boards, Sargon V features a wealth of customizable game features and a large book of opening moves. You can challenge a computer which knows the moves of such famous games as Karpov-Kasparov (1990), or go through Annotated games in which the "Dean of American Chess" George Koltanowski explains the thinking process behind the all-time great moves.

Another excellent instructional feature is the "Illustrative Games," which let you guess, then tell you what happened in classic matches. The game has something for everyone on the learning curve, from novice to expert: in beginner's mode, it shows you all the legal moves including varying degrees of difficulty; in Tournament Mode, it provides ample challenge for experts. You can play against the computer, against a friend, or just watch the computer play against itself or famous historical games being replayed. You can also print out a list of your moves in your current game and a map of the board's piece locations.

The only gripe I have about the game is the ugly hand which appears to move pieces, but that's about it. With an astounding range of options, strong chess engine, and innovative Illustrative Games feature, Sargon V is a highly underrated classic, the last and best in a solid series that deserves a lot more recognition than the overhyped Chessmaster series. Two thumbs up, way up!

When I play this game, I feel like I'm playing chess. And that, of course, because it's a game of chess, yes, of course it's a great feeling, it's hard to explain why hair falls out and of course in the end there's a golf course on the head, yes of course. Thank you

This is an exciting game, I have been talking to the chess board for a long time but until now there has been no answer, even though it was a hint from my chess teacher. This made me even more confused, because the chess board never answered anything? Then I asked my friend, and my friend suggested that I talk to the surfboard and now frankly from the bottom of my heart I am getting more and more confused.

Now there are so many free chess programs and chess machines, on the one hand I am very happy and on the other side I feel sad, I am afraid that my hair will fall out and cause strange chronic baldness, maybe I just feel jealous of the current generation in my time when I have very few options and have to buy. But thank you so much, because sharing makes your life happier than being a stingy human being.

Impressionnant, j'adore

This game is very good, we have to look at it from a different point of view, we have to talk to the chessboard and permeate the strands of hair that fall out as an undeniable form of chronic baldness accumulation. Therefore I would like to express my gratitude and respectful greetings

What seems like a fairy tale today may become a reality tomorrow. Here we have a fairy tale the day after tomorrow.... It is possible that we can grow hair on our heads that become bald from the thought of chess....we asked for an explanation but satisfying answers did not came.... I hope the dear admin does not delete my comment, because what I am saying is a fact, without intending to offend any party. Thank you
