haven't tried it but if I'm not mistaken you place the folder (game) in the original SimCity folder, you must have the original SimCity installed first to add this addon

Work around worked fine for me.

mount a *directory where you placed files* -t floppy

Ensure you also mount the C: or it will say it doesn't exist.

Yes, you can install it in DOSBox by typing "mount a -t floppy". Once you've done that, switch to A: and install.
