Star Castle was an old favorite of mine when I was a youngster. I was unbeatable by the game when I was a youngster. Thank you very much for recreating the classic game for Windows. Being a software engineer myself you did an awesome job to write it. There are a few suggestions I have for the game you wrote. 1) Version 1.1 runs much better than the other 2 versions however it is still slow compared to the arcade version. I'm using a Windows 10 x64, i7 CPU, 20 GB RAM. 2) The outer most shield is not suppose to regenerate, once broken it stays broken. 3) The alien ship is supposed to be smaller than what you have, maybe only double the size of the player's ship.
