The Sega Genesis (Mega Drive) version is actually a port of Daisenryaku II, not the PC versions of Super Daisenryaku. Which is good, because it adds ranged fire: artillery, SAMs and ships. BTW, if the music gets on your nerves you can set Sound to Off, the regular sound effects still work.

I'm not saying it's a bad port, It even has a map and army editor, now, it would have been a nice touch to add an artillery unit. A generic howitzer would have been welcome.
