PCGamingWiki link is incorrect - it's pointing to Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
As for the game itself, I was unable to get it to launch. Setup.exe gave an error message (in Korean), and other programs say that Program INSTALL failed. Tried multiple package sources. It could have been a compatibility issue (e.g. DosBox-X when having EMM386 emulation active), but I don't see how to get past that.
