Here is the video game “The Worlds of Billy”! Released in 1997 on DOS, it's still available and playable with some tinkering. It's an action game, set in an arcade theme and it was released on Mac and Linux as well.

A charming and colourful take on Space Panic. Avoid the enemies, dig holes in the platforms to trap them in, and hit them on the head a few times to make them fall through. In later levels, new tougher enemies need to knocked through more holes, so dig one hole on a high platform, and a hole under it on the platform below, and so on.
