The game doesn't work on any of Windows systems, even on Windows 3.x, it can be launched only on real DOS or through DOSBox. It is recommend to run the game through DOSBox Daum because in DOSBox 0.74 the in-game videos are playing very slow. To install the game run Install.exe from Cybwar folder on the disc
