The game requires AGEIA PhysX drivers. If you have Nvidia PhysX drivers installed and the game gives an error - remove Nvidia PhysX drivers and install AGEIA PhysX
The game was using infamous StarForce DRM protection, but the version we uploaded on our website already includes the game with patch 1.01 and NoCD, and doesn't require the disc for launch. We also uploaded the patch and NoCD separately, in case if someone will be looking for it
