This is still the best 'real' wargame I have ever played. Why, because it is the only one that properly implements logistics and supply, the most important part and consideration/limitation of any battle.
It was also pretty amazing playing this in 1280x1024 resolution svga back in 1995.
There is a mod patch out via a hex editor to support up to 1600x1200 in vesa on DOS.
