Arcade Race: Crash isn't an alternate title of Arcade Race. It's a "sequel" and it contains 2 new cars, some reworked, a few additions to the tracks from its predecessor, damageable cars, a few songs, more weapons than just a mine and missile, "upgrade" system and money earning by leading laps or enemy car destruction.
So Arcade Race: Crash deserves a separate page. And its alternate name is "Mad Race", just like Muhammad Okky wrote, it's available @ GameTop. Arcade Race's alternate name is Need For Extreme 3d, it's downloadable from MyPlayCity.
In general, the game developer is Arcade Studio, the page (arcadestudio.com)
has been defunct for over a decade, just like the developer (from Russia, I suppose. There's no information on the developer's origin).
"Released in: Worldwide": I'd rather say "released in: Internet only as a shareware". This concerns both parts of Arcade Race.
