Here is the video game “Ballistik”! Released in 2004 on Windows, it's still available and playable with some tinkering. It's an action game, set in an arcade theme.

This is version 1.5.6 (displayed in options) and a scene rip that someone repacked with their game progress and highscores intact. To reset the game delete these files from the "bin" folder, they will be recreated by the executable.
"p1.rec" (stores game progress and high scores)
"lastName.txt" ("soft" auto-fills the last name that was entered into the next highscore entry - alternatively you can edit it with your own name, displays up to 11 characters)
seven.reg, seven.dat, and 1.reg in the root folder are unnecessary (and a clue to the source).
In any case, if you want to play it safe, just temporarily move rather than delete the files to self-verify.
