Hello! I also seem to have the problem Kate is having.
On install I get a pop up saying "Setup has detected less than the 32 MB of 3D video memory required for this program. You may experience poor performance running this program or may not be able to run it at all. Do you wish to continue?". I clicked thru to install it anyway and it seemed to open up normally all until I had to write in my name and start playing, after which it crashes.
Things I've tried so far with no success:
- Installing DirectX9 .. no difference
- Running game in Compatibility Mode .. no difference in Win 8 and under until Win XP where it just blue screens my laptop every time I try to open it
- Running it as administrator .. no difference
- Moving the contents of the folder to another Drive .. no difference (if you try this, you'll want to move them back if you want to uninstall the game later or the Uninstalled won't be able to find the files)
- Uninstalling and Reinstalling a few times
- Restarting laptop
I am on Windows 11 and my friend on Windows 10 has been able to run it straight out of the box with no issues. :( I don't know if there's something I can do, might be just too new of a system to run it anymore and would need a Virtual Machine. But I'm open to suggestions. Thank you!

when i open the game and write my name, they kick me out, idk why can soweone help please? is there something else i need to download so i can play the game?
