Blue Force
DOS - 1993
Description of Blue Force
Unarguably the best game from the group of renegade ex-Sierra employees that made up Tsunami, Blue Force is an excellent police adventure by none other than Jim Walls, of Police Quest fame.
Despite easy puzzles, hackneyed dialogues, and a cliche plot, the game features a great interface, charming characters and graphics, and lots of optional points. Help rookie Jake Ryan on investigations that will shed light on his parents' mysterious death. It's much easier than Walls' Police Quest games, but it's still a great adventure that will particularly appeal to beginners. Much better than overhyped Police Quest 4 (which was not designed by Walls) at least. Two thumbs up!

Its not a police quest wannabe, some of you are pretty ignorant because the creator of the police quest games made this! Jim Walls.....doh!

This game is very difficult to rate. On one hand this is a solid point and click adventure game pretty much similar to Sierra's "Police Quest" series. However the interface is weak and characters are bland. Strongly linear story without many clues what to do next makes you ended up trying anything on everything (or everything on anything :-)

Boring game... Boring character with a boring job and a boring life... Boring plot... Yawn.
Perhaps I'm spoiled by the likes of Guybrush Threepwood, Roger Willico and Larry Laffer!

This is now supported by ScummVM.
An excellent adventure game. It's a perfect medium for entertainment, especially when your wife and kids decide to leave for the weekend... Beer in the fridge, I got this old Blue Force manual I found in my closet full of old games. Yeah, I got the 10 codes. Now I'm ready to solve some crime. And afterward I'm going to play LA Noire. Because I keeps it real, fellas. I keeps it real awesome.
Thanks to all the programmers who made these exquisite games. You might have moved onto other things, but there are people out there that will always appreciate your work.

This is the most awesome, exciting game I ever played!!!
That part, where you invite the lady and her boy, Skip, over for dinner at grandmother's, then go for a romantic moonlit walk on the beach playing fetch with the dog, Waylin, while grandmother washes dishes is incredible! My heart was beating so fast I couldn't let go of the mouse!
And who could forget Larry and Barry, the witty and comical twin bookies who love to tell that joke about the garage sale that never gets old.
You will fall head over heals in love with Tyrone and Frank, the mustache sporting, all-white gangsters and their bright dayglo yellow headband gang colors!
What a game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
