Sadly doesn't run on Windows 10. It shows English icon in on the download but doesn't work at all.

So by someone's request on OldGamesDownload.com i took upon myself to look for this game and since everyone's having a hard time launching it I searched for a way and found some nice Chinese Text saying that it's either system patch KB3086255 fault (can't confirm if it's faulty or not since I don't have it installed) and you have to uninstall it, or you can change the registry on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\secdrv "Start" to 2 then reboot and you should be able to launch it (confirmed).

"Dynasty Warriors 5 Special (Shin Sangoku Musou 4 Special) is another expansion to the game. This game was released on December 22, 2006 on the Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows in Japan and shortly thereafter for Windows in Taiwan.
This version of the game is a combination of the original game and some Xtreme Legends features, including Legend Mode and Xtreme Mode. It does not include Edit Mode or Destiny Mode, but it does include the new items from Xtreme Legends. It includes gamepad support, allowing the user to use PlayStation 2 or Xbox 360-style controllers compatible with Windows.
The Windows version also has improved graphical features, such as real-time shadows. "
I couldn't find any record of this version for PC on Moby Games and Launchbox also didn't recognize it.

Readme file is in traditional chinese. Having Japanese and Chinese langs installed will help. Direct X is required also.

The readme is in some coded language. Says it runs on windows, but my research tells me we need an emulator to run this one. Would be nice if the uploader would include instructions in a human language!
