Description of Hack
Here is the video game “Hack”! Released in 1984 on DOS, it's still available and playable with some tinkering. It's a role-playing (rpg) game, set in a fantasy, turn-based, roguelike and generated levels themes and it was released on Atari ST as well.

Remember staying up all night playing this with a friend back in the mid-1980s, taking turns and back-seat driving. There was something new to experience every time you played.

We know that. But as with Ultima, it's fun to play Akalabeth and see where Ultima sprang/evolved from.
