If anyone has trouble getting this working, try setting the installer and executable in Windows 98 compatibility mode, on my system it sees Windows 10 as Windows NT and refuses to function in anything post-98. Compatibility does seem to trick it though and it runs fine in Direct3D mode without a wrapper or anything.
Also, @Sortinghat, I'm gonna go with no. It looks good for the time and has a charismatic menu system, but the gameplay is a lot simpler and clunkier than Hydro Thunder, there's no music during gameplay, and Hydro Thunder looks better.
