DOSGamer says :Kobayashi Naru is a strange little game. The game uses a combination of controls: using your up/down/sideways arrow keys you select a "verb/action" from the pictures on top of the screen and then use your arrow keys to move the white highlight around the words in the lower half of the screen to form a verb-noun desired action. At the opening screen there are three doors (hmm, don't look much like doors to me). You choose the upper left picture of "1/2/3" press enter and then you move your highlighter around the words in the text to choose between "knowledge" "wisdom" or "understanding". The chosen action appears in the middle of the screen in RED writing.

Then you are off on a small dungeon hunt.

Movement beyond the last screen is difficult even with a walkthrough. Odd game when it comes to cursor controls. Very unforgiving and tends to freeze up if you chose the incorrect action.
