Played this on PC and PS2(Pcsx2)it's practically the same game,the T Rex is hard but if you hate it & can't get the head shots,then stand either on a rock on one side or hide between the spiky rollers,it idles the won't charge at you.

The Centaurs are way hard to kill so you can ease the pain,they can be defeated by going into the cave under the ground where the lever is,wait until one kills the other and the one left will not be able to kill you,some kind of bug there,these work arounds work on PS2 version,they should work on PC.

I'd recommend the PS2 version as on emulation you can save where you want and that's a must on the lost island level,the annoying tall room with the silly shoot the thing that makes the platforms come out thing,which is timed of course!....

Not a bad game but it was not as good as the original,bit too much filler and style over content,Underworld is far more fun.
