Neo Geo CD is still best played on MAME emulator.
find "neocdz.zip" bios and put it in the mame roms folder. now when you start mame. neo geo cd will be an option. double click on it and then choose to start system empty.
wait for it to load. then press tab. file manager. and choose the rom you want to play. then choose reset system and it will boot into your game. same method for any neo geo games.
