When I am in the game, and I want to get out of the game, where I can save the game and how to get out?

It might have been a good idea to mention explicitly in the title that this game is in German (as the screenshots clearly show)... Something like "Mad News (de)", like you have used for "Das Erbe". Also, the download button should really use the German flag and not the UK one. ;-)
