Okay so you need a program that converts bin/cue files to ISO. If whatever tool you use has trouble with the ".img" file, rename it to ".bin" and then run the bin/cue conversion.
On Mac, this is what I did:
1. Install Homebrew (brew.sh)
2. Run the command 'brew install bchunk'
3. Run the command 'bchunk MTYC.img MTYC.cue MTYC_Converted.iso'
4. Mount the converted iso file and install with Crossover or Wine and play!

I still have an original cd of the game, runs well on windows 7 but sadly the resolution scaling can't match the screen well

The file extension is correct, but its .cue file is missing. Without that, the image will mount as MODE1/2352 format using Alcohol. Trouble is, the .bin is incomplete; possibly split at some point or only partially saved to this file. The image ends roughly halfway into Setup.exe (this alone should be 581MB, and the archived image is only 416MB!) I'm afraid this one is fatally broken.

Update: I spoke too soon. Had to convert the .bin file to an .iso, but *now* there's an error during installation. Redownloading file now too see if it was just corrupted. Any help would be appreciated!
