Some more information about this title. It was packed along with pullback toy, which did not even look like monster truck, it was just big tired car with tall suspension.
Atleast in Finland it was still sold around 2006 or 2007, judging by date of birth of my cousin, who this copy originally belonged to. I have never been able to find any other information than that my copy was not only in existence, there have been others who have played this crap too as a child.
It seems that I'm only source for this game in internet, so here is some old gameplay of it. Glitching is due to Bandicam, game works just fine.
