Loved playing this game as a teen. Spent many hours. It's a strategy game with a bit of luck & randomness thrown it to make it interesting. It takes a bit to get into, but once you do it's a pretty ingenious game. Avalon Hill had some clever software in the 80's. The manual is available online. Google search. Don't see a way to upload it here...
