lol I used to play this as a kid, I got it from a magazine in Argentina, it was titled "Gran Premio de París" here.

The manual transmission works, but hilariously you won't have any idea about which gear your car is currently in, it's just NOT displayed on the HUD. 'Guess you only have to remember it lmao.

It really SUCKS after the game has finished, the stats will reset back to zero, and there's no chance for us to drive the very last car ("Serpent").

Also the multiplayer mode is NOT WORKING at all, it's just sitting there without any functionality.
