You have to install something like PowerISO. Then you have to mount the ISO file located within the zip file using PowerISO (or whatever you end up using). Once the ISO file is mounted, your PC will read it like you inserted a disc. It should show up in Computer as a disc and you can right-click and Install or run program.

If you need help on PowerISO, just YouTube it. Pretty simple.
