I downloaded this game (from a different source) about 3 years ago and got a DMCA warning from Firaxis or whoever monitoring P2P traffic. I played it a lot when it was new, it needs at least the BAT or BUG mod to be really good (no alteration of gameplay, just improved information presentation). Windows 10 seems to have broken it.
