As I heard from Dr. Dungeon's close friend, Spook House 1 didn't survive renaming. Author pulled it from internet when the same named copyrighted game was released, intended to rename it and re-release, and probably never did.
But you can ask the mentioned friend personally. He is very fond of Dr. Dungeon games, and eagerly talks about them. His email is fansofdrdungeon at hotmail.com.
