Download State of Emergency (Windows)

I follow all the instructions described in the links (https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/State_of_Emergency) under the description for the game. I launch the game through the old video game support application, I use DX-file (instructions), but all that happens is the opening of a window with a video game and a blue screen saver with the game logo, which lasts long enough and the only thing that is required is "Wait for files to download". I don't know what to do. I run the game and configure the startup with the installer compatibility support. Nothing happens. Most likely, the reason is the bitness of the operating system - x64.

The game is working fine but lacks the music files for some reason

However I reinstalled windows yesterday and now the game won't open due to missing registry files and now I have to redownload the game, does anybody know where the registry files for this game are located? i want to back it up in case if I do another reinstall I don't want to redownload the game again, thanks

Idk why but game dont work for me i installed and copied pasted that NO CD into game folder and run as administrator and after it i game infinite loading

Installed fine, said no to the win32 weirdness when it popped up and it works perfectly well on Windows 10 except for some sped up animations in the menus.
Pro-tip: The controls in this game are baaaad, make sure your sensitivity is high to turn quickly and hold down shift to get a pseudo-mouselook aim.

Tried to install, seem legit but at the end try to install something in my system32(big red flags) so not going any further and directly to the trash.
