Sterne wie Staub (Stars like dust) was originally written by Imperator software, then taken over by German Design Group and greatly expanded.
For example, Autonomous worlds can attack the player's worlds with their own fleets. Initially it was distributed by CP Verlag, most recently by Data House.
This game is an 4X-Game and to my knowledge it was never translated. The enclosed instructions are in german, for the extended version.
