Downloaded iso file with download manager for downloading faster and avoiding problems, English patch added, installed Nvidia PhysX besides autorun's AGEIA and enabled DEP on som.exe file. It's working now.

I found 2 fixes but I don't know if it's for the exception error.
Fix 1: "PhysX 2.7.0 error, make sure installed NVIDIA PhysX Legacy System Software (you can install via autorun)"

Fix 2: "Go:
My computer -- properties -- Advanced --
Performance (visual effects, use. process. operational and visas. memory) -- Settings
-- (tab) data execution Prevention
-- Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select --
Edit path and add 2 of the executable
( adrenalin2.exe, adrenalin2launcher.exe )
The game will no longer remember the curse. I have after these manipulations it worked."

To change language set the game up then replace the launcher.dat with the one linked:
