ISO version is pirated Russian version with both Russian & English languages. We checked all files on that ISO, the only file that showed warnings is autorun.exe, it happens often on pirated versions. All other files inside the ISO are clear, so just ignore Autorun and run the installation from setup.exe, it is totally clear, here's the report https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/f3e8353d1b97cea407e8d9d9d76ed5f896a75161a9913e05e9cbe9a557459eed

Also, the installer of that ISO version is on Russian. So better use another download for "Setup" (the archive that called Setup), it is official installer from Adventure Company, the installer is on English
