Guys, the game works well on a VMWare Virtual WinXP machine. RPM.exe is the exe that you would initiate for full screen mode in 32bit at a native 1024x768 screen. The game exe (RPM.exe) has three different languages to choose from, Russian, Polish, and I think Hungarian, so English is only somehow forced to work through launching the other three exe's that come in the game but only in windowed mode. There is a trick that I did all you do is look for the demo of this game to download (Its a demo that is version 1.2) and once downloaded you can take the RPM.exe from the demo version and apply that over the one that comes with this full version of this game and it will change the language to English. Its hard to get this running on a Win10 system and even if you do with no problems with graphics etc, it still needs a lot of tinkering with the exe files and such to get it going proper without crashes and disappearing objects/scenery still reside. It seems like a pretty cool little street racing game for its time though, when its actually working correct.

just play Street Racing Syndicate. It is one of the better NFS clones. This is just a poor clone on PC.

My advice to everyone, just play the PS2 version/emulator, i did. Unless you're using Windows XP or something, i wouldn't bother with the PC version.

The game is indeed polish, however, it is possible to choose the language by using commandline arguments.
Make a new file in the game's directory called "launch.bat" - make sure there is no .txt extension, if it just starts in notepad, you probably did it wrong. Turn on file extensions to make it easier.
Put this in the file and save:
start /belownormal mainsse2.exe 640 480 32 true 3 1
This file will start the game with below normal priority. That's important on some systems, because it seems to manage to throw off the CPU scheduling somehow. On one of my single core computers, it basically stopped the entire OS without this.
After mainSSE2.exe are where the arguments are located, here is a legend:
1: Width
2: Height
3: Color depth (16 or 32)
4: Fullscreen (true or false)
5: Language
6: Unsure, changing this argument made loading my save game fail. I would leave it at 1.
My preset arguments make your game launch at 640x480, 32-bit color, fullscreen and in english.
If you have an old (Intel older than 2000, AMD older than 2003) or niche system, you might want to change mainSSE2.exe to main.exe or mainNoSSE.exe in the .bat file.
