To make this game works, you must install Dosbox first, then install Win3.1 inside Dosbox. Assuming you have done that and autoexec.bat contains Windows path.
imgmount d c:\win311\wrath.iso -t iso
mount c c:\win311
WIN -- will load windows3.1 program
Using File Manager to locate drive d: - the game image iso
Change path into SETUP folder and run SETUP.exe using File Manager, FILE dropdown option RUN...
Wrath of the Gods ICON will be created inside Wrath of the Gods Program Group

Hi, I am desperately trying to make this work on my computer, but so far no success. I can download the file, but can't open the .toast file. I am not great with computers at all, so my question is if there any software I need to use to open it, or just give up?

Never mind. Had to drag the .toast file from my Shared drive to the "Macintosh HD" drive i had made and dropping it onto Toast Deluxe 4.1.2 mounted it great. Selected a RAM size and Plays fine.

Anyone ever gotten this to work? I can't mount the .toast image in Toast Deluxe 4.1.2 in Basilisk II, OS 7.5. Get an "I/O -36" error.

Arguably the best game based on Greek mythology ever made, Wrath of the Gods puts you in the sandals of an orphan who discovers that he's actually Zeus' son and must accomplish heroic deeds to earn his place on Olympus.
Puzzles are fun, but easy for those familiar with Greek myths (e.g. how Hercules slay the Hydra). Cheesy acting is compensated for by excellent on-line database of Greek myths and hints, and numerous locations. The game's fatal flaw is that it was poorly coded Windows 3.1 engine led to very SLOW speed that's almost unplayable on a 386... a flaw that's no longer relevant with today's computers :) Two thumbs up, way up!
