Was there a mod for this where the monsters would violate the women?

This was developed in the ACKNEX 3D engine by Conitec Datasystems, which was a capable 2.5 / 3D engine with a feature set rivaling that of BUILD (at the time this game was released), but requiring care and talented developers to unlock that potential.
An early version of this game was included with the Game Programming Starter Kit 3.0.

one of the worst Doom rip-offs i have ever played, feels like a crappy doom wad, so cheaply made, it reeks of amateurish developers. stiff controls, garbage graphics even for it's time, the weapons looks like copied from "Doom II", "Rise of the Triad" and "Hexen", the only highlight of the game is the music which is not half bad. this game was sold in stores on a disc for money, disgusting!
this makes "Operation Bodycount" looks like a masterpiece by comparison!
