Update: game works in English with official patch found elsewhere, the attached patch is not English.
(Also, speed issues are fixed using dgVoodoo2)

Without the patch, there is an error "Create texture failed(DDERR_INVALIDPARAMS)"
With the patch attached, the interface is not in english anymore.
