@MS. X patcher was genuine, uploaded it along the version 4.0 installer and the already cracked exe. Tested on Windows XP.

I did not find a license for v4, but I did find a patch.exe that modifies the original v4 gravity well executable to unlock all features.
I'm not sure where I found it as it was over 20 years ago!
I have included the actual binary data of the patch.exe below in base64 format.
Then use a base64 converter to convert it into the patch.exe, such as this
Then place that in the Gravity Well 4.0 folder with the game's executable, and run the patch.exe file.
