Had this back in the day. Still some of the best music included in a video game. Has the same pace of watching on TV, so it's definitely for the hardcore baseball fan.

GOG.com does NOT have Hardball 5 for sale. I am on their website right now, and I clicked the magnifying glass icon to do a search. I first did a search for Hardball 5, the result was this:
No results found
Try adjusting the terms of your search, you can search by game titles, publishers, and developers.
So then I tried to search for Hardball. Same thing, No results found
Soooo if it isn't here for download, and GOG.com doesn't have it up for sale, how do I get this game?? Oh I guess I can't, can I? Because you people are too spooked by crybabies claiming the game is up for download and shouldn't be.
Again, GOG.com does NOT have this game Hardball 5 for sale on their website, and any search on GOG.com for the word, hardball, Hardball, HardBall, or Hard Ball, gives no results found. If it isn't up for sale, it's abandonware. Sooooo.....

Don't need DOS box. Just download the virtual box emulator from Oracle and install MS-DOS 6.22.

For those having trouble getting games to work with dosbox might I suggest downloading dosblaster in cojuction. it's fairly straight forward and if a game is missing a file you will be told so when you try to play it. Quite a few here I have found missing needed files to play.
Dosblaster works with all windows even 10 tech preview (which I just received for evaluation.
Dos blaster automatically mounts a drive and you don't need to unzip any games to play. It brings up a list and you just click the files until you find the one that plays. There are 2 file types that usually playable. either .exe or .bat
