This game is very broken on modern Windows. Unfortunately dgVoodoo helps only a bit, but the game can freeze every time it tries to play FMV, restarting helps but pretty often the problem repeats itself and can even softlock the scripts, so some story events may not happen because of this. Luckily there is another solution, you can use WineD3D for Windows and it seems that it works much better than dgVoodoo but the downside is that you can't use Alt-Tab else game will never recover and you'll have to restart it. But if there is no other working solution then it's bearable.

I can't get this game to run. I have the drop box but there is no application or launch files in these CD's.What happen to just downoad and play?

i try this and worked
compatibility mode windows XP + dgvoodoo
also change resolution in Jack.ini file and dgvoodoo

Installs and works fine on Windows 10.
Need to mount disk 1 and 2 to install because it asks you to go to disk 2 and then back to disk 1.
Only issue after that is you need to mount cd1 to start up the Launcher and play.
