On and off I've been searching for this game for years. Couldn't remember the name but could remember the tunes. Chuffed to find it at last.

One of the greatest soundtracks of all time, I can hear it echoing through my mind to this day! Best paddle solitaire game out there. Missiles! Gas-mask things that zip by and give power-ups!
But the blue ball-eater is the stuff of nightmares, a Terminator that will never stop seeking out your delicious, delicious ball. When it catches it, it'll chew it up and spit the crumpled remains back to you, and your dreams will be as crumpled and mangled as the ball.
